Welcome Summer!

Hello! Are you sizzling yet? As much as I love summer I hate baking in 110+ heat! Thank goodness for Air conditioning and fans!

I know I usually do not book as much cakes in the summertime for just that reason and its time to take our SeaDoo out to the Colorado River. There I can enjoy the heat and the water.

This is one activity that everyone in the family enjoys and we always have an "adventure story" to tell when we get home.

Keeping it short this month to let you get back to your summer lemonade or tea.
